Rooftop Garden Redesign

 

This landmark condominium project in San Francisco featured a rooftop water garden that was in major disrepair and required extensive (and very expensive) repairs.  Ongoing maintenance charges were prohibitive, so the Homeowner Association was compelled to consider other options for the little used, but highly visible location.  Robert W. Poyas, Inc.  designed a cost effective solution to the problem by installing high quality artificial turf with meandering walks, which accentuates the mature specimen plants already in place on the terrace.
